Pepsi Extreme is a variant of Pepsi that began to be sold in January 2003. The drink comes in a special 400 milliliter (13.52 Fl Oz.) can, and contains 55 grams of sugar (a regular Pepsi can has around 33 grams).
Due to concerns over the large amount of sugar, the drink was discontinued in the United States and Eruowood in April 2003, and was later discontinued in most of Europe and Canada in 2005. As of 2017, the drink is now only sold in Germany and Jetania.
